PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk adalah perusahaan kapal tanker minyak dan gas terkenal di Indonesia yang didirikan pada tanggal 12 Mei 2005 untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan jasa transportasi minyak, gas, dan kimia domestik kelas dunia. Selama bertahun-tahun, BULL telah membuktikan kemampuannya untuk tidak hanya berhasil di pasar yang kuat tetapi juga makmur selama penurunan pasar. Dengan manajemen yang berpengalaman selama lebih dari tiga dekade melayani banyak klien domestik dan internasional, BULL telah mengambil standar pengiriman Internasional ke perairan domestik. Kami memulai dengan berbagai kapal tanker minyak dan gas, yang dirancang dan didedikasikan untuk mengangkut minyak mentah dan produk minyak, serta produk gas seperti LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas). Kami menjadi perusahaan pelayaran domestik pertama yang memiliki dan mengoperasikan VLGC (Very Large Gas Carrier) di Indonesia. Lowongan Kerja PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk 1. Commercial Supervisor Responsibilities : Ensuring end to end project and commercial activities are well arranged and run smoothly. Ensuring all documentations are well prepared prior project and commercial. Ensuring new project / market are identified and developed. Ensuring strategic business plan are created. Ensuring good company reputation and relation with all related business network are maintained. Requirements : Bachelor Degree in any major Has experience at least 3 – 5 years as sales in logistic/forwarder industry Fluent in English both oral and written Required Knowledge and Skill(s): logistics knowledge, custom (preferably have custom certificate / Sertifikat Uji Ahli Kepabeanan), export import, filing system, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001 Have achievement orientation, customer service orientation, continuous improvement, interpersonal relationship, able to analyze issue and use sound judgment, planning organizing, coordination, work efficiently, negotiation, leveraging network, business process understanding, developing others, team leadership 2. Marketing Staff Responsibilities : Ensuring all project and market are followed up Ensuring customer needs are fulfilled Ensuring relationship with customer are well maintained Monitoring market trends & exploring new market Monitoring logistics movement together with operation Planning customer visit (existing and new) Finding and prospecting suitable cargo Inquiring customer needed to prepare liner service, rate, transit time Assisting superiors to create package for cargo shipment Requirements : Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major Minimum 2 years as sales in logistic/forwarder industry Fluent in English both oral and written Required Knowledge and Skill(s): logistic knowledge, custom, export, import, have customer database in export import, experience in forwarding or EMKL, filing system, computer literate, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 3. Operation Staff Responsibilities: Ensuring daily vessel operational activities are well-managed Ensuring vessel has its in-out clearance Ensuring vessel license is well-arranged Monitoring vessel movement Pre-arrival: Receiving appointment letter of foreign vessel agency from General Agent and Principal (owner, operator, charterer, etc), and asking for Estimation of Time Arrival (ETA) Notice by email or fax Circulating letter of notification of vessel arrival to related parties Reporting the berthing plan and schedule to Head of Operation Requirements : Minimum D3/S1 in any major Minimum 0-2 years in shipping Fluent in English both oral and written Required Knowledge and Skill(s): shipping knowledge, custom, export, import, agency management, computer literate 4. Finance & General Affair Support Staff Responsibilities: Ensuring availability of cash Ensuring availability report of cash position Ensuring cash data are input on B-One Ensuring daily finance activities at branch including payment, settlement, record, and report both internal and external are well- managed Ensuring office supply is well arranged and distributed Ensuring office equipments are well function Ensuring operational cars are well arranged Ensuring building renewal contract is well maintained Preparing all reports in finance Requirements : Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum 0-2 years ini similar position Fluent in English both oral and written Required Knowledge and Skill(s): finance management, banking management, export import, tax, logistic knowledge, computer literate, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 5.
