Accounting Analyst Requirements : Min. S1 in Accounting Min. 1 year work experience in related field, experience in the property field and accounting consolidation will be an added value Having strong analytical skills, good time management, and attention to details Proactive, good communication skills, and perform in teamwork Mastering accounting, finance, and tax principles is a must 2. Agent Relation Supervisor Requirements : Creative to make marketing campaign and program Good in Ms. Office and familiar with data Good in presentation and interpersonal skill Have a good leadership to manage team Have a good agent property network in Jakarta Area Project: Asya, Cakung, Jakarta Timur 3. Backend Developer Requirements : S1 majoring in Computer Science or related fields 1-2 years of work experience as a Back End Developer Familiar with a Java Programming Language and Java-based framework: SpringBoot Experience with SQL and NoSQL Database likes MySQL, REST In-depth understanding of design pattern and their application Fresh graduate from reputable university are welcome to apply 4. Business App Functional Requirements : Min. S1 Majoring Information System/Computer Accountancy/ Accounting/Related Min. 2 years experience or 1 project cycle as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operation or AX 2012 functional consultant for Finance Module, have knowledge for Project Management Module will be advantage. Experience with power platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint) and Power BI tools will be advantage Should be able to understand at least 2-3 different key functional areas of the ERP solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand, communicate, interpret business processes and requirements. 5. Business Development Analyst Requirements : Min. Collection Staff Requirements : Min. Engineering Supervisor Requirements : Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering Min 2 years of experience in related fields Have good understanding in Engineering Operations Proficience for using Ms. Office Fast learner, high attention to detail 9. Network & System Administrator Requirements : S1 majoring in Computer Science / Computer System Min. 4 years experience as system administrator (MySQL, Azure, SharePoint, etc.) Min. 2 years experience as network administrator Understand networking techniques (NAT, switching, routing, etc.) Experience setting up & using network monitoring system PRTG Have MCSA/MCSE, CCNA (preferably CCNP), and AZ-104 certification Have Cybersecurity server certification are preferred Good in interpersonal skills and verbal & non-verbal communication skills 10. Structure Engineer Requirements : Min. Graphic Designer Intern As an Intern Graphic Designer, you will supporting the promotion team in creating Astra Property project promotional content (photos and videos). One of them is by producing innovative and creative design concepts in accordance with the Astra Property project branding. Requirements : Final year student or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communication Design Good knowledge of design 2D/3D or Motion Graphic Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Ps, Ai, Ae, etc) Work from Office (Mon-Fri) Minimun intern period : 3 months Willing to be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang (Ammaia Ecoforest) 13. HC Intern Requirements : Final year students / fresh graduates from any major, preferably from Management & Industrial Engineering (Min. D4/S1) Proficiency in Ms. Word, Ms. Excel Have a good interpersonal skill, attention to detail, proactive, and ability to work effectively in a team Able to multitask and work under pressure Willing to work from office 14. Head of Leasing As a Head of Leasing you are responsible for driving Logistics & Industrial leasing function and negotiation with Logistics & Industrial tenants Requirements : Min. S1 from any major Having min. 8 years experience specifically within the logistics asset leasing area (broker, investor, or operator side) Very good understanding of logisctics market trends in Jabodetabek/Indonesia Strongly developed personal network among agents and tenants Excellent negotiation and relationship building competencies Fluency in Indonesia & English with strong communication skills 15. Housing Maintenance Requirements : At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. At least 2-3 years of working experience in same position within Landed/Residential Property Industry (Developer/Contractor Company). Strong Ability to read architectural, structure and MEP work drawings. Fast learner, high attention to detail and able to work under pressure. Placement : Cakung, East Jakarta 16. Housing Supervisor As a Housing Supervisor – ASYA you are responsible for supervising the implementation of construction activities for Astra Property project. Requirements : Min. S1 in Civil Engineer or a related field. Min. 2 years experience in housing/building construction or related works. Have experiences in a development/contractor company Strong ability to read architectural, structure, and MEP work drawings 17. Legal Analyst Requirements : Min. S1 Law Min. 2 years as legal or relevant experiences Strong legal cases analysis and contract negotiations Exposure and conceptual understanding of contract law and regulations 18. MEP Department Head Requirements : Min. S1 Electrical / Mechanical Engineering Have 5 – 10 years working experience in related fields Proficient in Auto CAD and MS. Office English Fluency 19. MEP Intern Requirements : Final year or bachleor degree from electrical engineering, civil engineering, or related Have good understanding in construction process Have knowledge about MEP system Strive for excellence, creativity, and good interpersonal skills Able to work from the office 20.
