Purchasing Staff Job Descriptions Coordinate with other departments. Handle procurement of goods and services for vessel operations. Analyze and negotiate purchase prices with suppliers. Prepare and process purchase orders (PO). Ensure timely delivery and good condition of purchased goods. Requirements Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major (Marine Engineering is a plus point). At least 2 years of experience in purchasing. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good analytical and planning abilities. Experienced in purchasing spare parts for heavy equipment and trucking. Knowledge of product quality standards. 2. Mechanical Manager Job Descriptions Oversee maintenance & operations of heavy equipment and trucking fleet. Develop preventive & corrective maintenance programs. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 5+ years experience in heavy equipment & trucking maintenance (3+ years in managerial role). Technical Superintendent Job Descriptions Monitor ship condition in accordance with management policies. Monitor and ensure timely corrective actions are taken for deficiencies noted on his vessel. Ensure vessel at all times meets regulatory requirements and legislation. Ensure vessel personnel has carried out ship maintenance in accordance with planned. Monitor and approve work orders and requisition orders raised by his vessel. Monitor ships consumption of both fuel oil and lube oils in order with management’s directions. Requirements Male (46 years old). ATT I / ATT II for shore-based / sea staff taking up fresh shore appointment. Minimum 1 year experience as Technical Superintendent if applicant from shore-based staff. Minimum 1 year experience as KKM for sea staff applicant with ATT I. Minimum 2 years experience as Masinis 1 for sea staff with ATT II. Familiar with 2 & 4 stroke main propulsion system of 2000KW and above.
