PT Inti Karya Persada Tehnik (IKPT), sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak khusus pada penyedia jasa Engineering, Procurement, dan Construction di Indonesia didirikan pada 22 Februari 1982. Cakupan layanan jasa IKPT meliputi berbagai sector seperti fasilitas pengolahan minyak dan gas, petrokimia, pembangkit listrik, infrastruktur, dan lainnya. IKPT didirikan dari hasil pemikiran beberapa tenaga insinyur muda Indonesia yang menaruh perhatian untuk terus mendorong keterlibatan para tenaga insinyur lokal untuk turut andil dalam beragam proyek hilir hingga hulu. Lowongan Kerja PT Inti Karya Persada Tehnik 1. Field Control Manager Qualification : Having 5 – 10 years experiences as a Field Control Manager. Proficient in Schedule Software (Primavera & Ms. Project). Experiences with Schedule, Progress, & Reporting. Experiences in Logistic. Having knowledge about Controlling, Monitoring, and Analysis at Site Project. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. English proficiency, communication & interface skill. Team Work, good communication and coordination. 2. Field Control Engineer Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent. 3–5 years of experience in EPC projects, particularly in proposal/tender stage and construction phase. Proficient in Microsoft Office, scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project), and data visualization tools (Power BI). Strong knowledge of project scheduling, progress monitoring, reporting, and document control. Good understanding of EPC project workflow and coordination across disciplines. Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken), with strong communication and interface skills. Hard-working, detail-oriented, with strong teamwork, leadership, and problemsolving abilities. 3. Construction Engineer Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Piping, Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical & Instrumentation) or other related fields. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction engineering, preferably in EPC or industrial projects. Proven experience in developing detailed construction schedules, monitoring progress, and implementing effective control systems. Strong understanding and commitment to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and quality control (QC) compliance on-site. Able to interpret and work with construction drawings, specifications, and technical standards. Demonstrates integrity, a proactive mindset, positive attitude, and strong work ethic. 4. .Net Developer Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong track record of delivering medium to large-scale projects. Proven proficiency in Microsoft technology stack, including C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC / Razor Pages, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. Solid experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.), including query writing, database schema design, execution plan analysis, and optimization for large datasets. Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to deliver code, documentation, and specifications entirely in English. Experience as an IT Enterprise Architecture Consultant or in a similar role is a strong advantage. Willing to work onsite and be permanently based at the Home Office 5. API Developer Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Minimum 3–5 years of experience developing APIs with C# .NET MVC Strong proficiency in Visual Studio 2022 and .NET Framework / .NET Core Solid understanding of REST API concepts Hands-on experience integrating with multiple databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.) Proficient in XPO DevExpress for ORM-based data access Familiarity with Entity Framework / ADO.NET is a plus Experience with Git or other version control systems, Experience integrating APIs with Power BI is a strong advantage Understanding of data security and encryption best practices, Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills 6. Expeditor Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field. Min. 5 years of experience in expediting, procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in the EPC Industry Experiences in expediting engineering equipment and materials for industries (Oil and Gas, Power Plant, Infrastructure, or Industrial Plants) Familiar with procurement process, vendor coordination, and shipping logistic for large-scale industrial project Proven experience in a leadership role or supervisory position in the expediting function within a multinational EPC environment. 7. Electrical Engineer Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, majoring in Power Systems. Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical engineering. Strong analytical skills in power system analysis. Proficient in using relevant software (e.g., ETAP, or similar tools). Knowledge of national and international electrical standards Fluent in English (spoken and written). Strong leadership abilities and willingness to work effectively in a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Civil Engineer Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Marine Engineering or related field. Up to 10 years’ experience in EPC, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects. Skilled in structural & foundation design, marine/coastal works, and construction supervision. Familiar with international codes & standards (AISC, ACI, API, DNV, etc.). Proficient in engineering software (STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, SACS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D). Strong teamwork and communication skills in multidisciplinary environments. 9. Process Engineer Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of experience as a Process Engineer in EPC projects, especially Geothermal Power Plant. Proven expertise in Power Block systems (Steam Turbine, Condenser, Cooling Tower, and Balance of Plant). Strong knowledge of process design, heat & mass balance, equipment sizing. Familiar with international codes and standards (ASME, API, IEC, ISO) and national regulations. Excellent communication with multidisciplinary teams. 10. Operation Engineer Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Chemical Engineering. 5–10 years of EPC experience, preferably in oil & gas, power plant, or geothermal. Skilled in pre-commissioning works (flushing, leak test, hydrotest, loop check, function test). Familiar with P&ID, ITP, procedures, and system handover. Strong knowledge of HSE, documentation, and punch list clearance. Good teamwork and communication in multidisciplinary projects. 11. Traffic Engineer Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Transportation Management Experience working within an EPC Project Experience in managing multi modal transportation (Land, Sea, & Air) for Heavy or Oversized Cargo Familiar with international customs regulations, incoterms, and custom clearance processes Ability to prepare and review customs documentation English proficiency, communication & interface skill. 12. QA Engineer Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field. Min. 5 years of experience as a Quality Inspector for products or materials. Experienced in auditing work in the oil and gas, petrochemical, and power plant sectors. Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
