Business Development Staff Qualifications : Fresh Graduate or 2 years experience in related field S1 – Business Management / Finance GPA Min. 3.0 Understand the ship building & ship repair proces. Experience with handling end-to-end business expansion, it can be considered a plus point. Ability to work collaboratively across division. Strong market research, communication skills, proactive and analytical thinking, fast learing and adaptation abilities. 2. Drafter Qualifications : Fresh Graduate or 3 years experience in related field Max D3 – Naval Engineering GPA Min. 3.0 Understands technical drawings and ship designs Familiar with shipping/maritime terms Able to use AutoCAD 2D and 3D Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality technical drawings Good communication skills to collaborate with teams 3. Inventory Staff Qualifications : Fresh Graduate or 3 years experience in related field S1 – Industrial Engineering GPA Min. 3.0 Able to Conduct Inventory Analysis Understand the procedures, storage, and movement of goods Understand the use of the MRP system Proficient in managing demand management (BOM) Capable to Maintaining Inventory Records Have a Good Analitycal Skills 4.
