PT TransNusa Aviation Mandiri, biasa disingkat TransNusa, adalah maskapai penerbangan domestik Indonesia yang melayani wilayah timur Indonesia, terutama Nusa Tenggara dan Sulawesi bagian selatan. Basis utamanya adalah Bandara El Tari, Kupang. Diluncurkan pada Agustus 2005 melayani berbagai tujuan dari Kupang, Timor, menggunakan pesawat carteran dari Pelita Air dan Trigana Air Service. Pada Agustus 2011, TransNusa memasuki tahap baru dengan menerima sendiri Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) dan izin penerbangan niaga berjadwal. Seiring pertumbuhan perusahaan yang pesat dan beradaptasi dengan trend di Industri penerbangan maka mulai December 2021 TransNusa beralih konsep Low Cost Carrier (LCC) dan akan menggunakan pesawat bermesin JET Engine sebagai armada utama nya. Lowongan Kerja PT TransNusa Aviation Mandiri (Link Asia Group) a. Maintenance Operations 1. A320 A&P Engineer Qualifications: Min. Diploma degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical engineering discipline, or Aircraft Maintenance Technician. Must hold Engineer License (A320 CEO AMEL with CFM Engine). Min. 3 years of experience in conducting line/base or heavy maintenance and troubleshooting. EGR capabilities will be an advantage. Proficiency in English (both written and verbal). Familiar with aviation regulations. Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office. Physically fit with good health. Placement: Jakarta 2. Cabin Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications: Must hold basic certificate category A1 and/or C4. Min. 3 years of experience in conducting line/base or heavy maintenance. In-depth knowledge of cabin systems, including but not limited to seating, galleys, lavatories, and lighting. Familiarity with various aircraft models and their cabin configurations. Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform repairs on cabin-related issues. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to cabin maintenance. Certification or training in specific cabin systems or components will be considered an advantage. Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills. Demonstrates excellent health and wellness, including hearing and vision. Placement: Jakarta, Denpasar, Manado 3. MCC Officer Qualifications: Min. Diploma degree in Aircraft Maintenance or in mechanical, electrical/electronic engineering discipline. Min. Have 5 years of experience in conducting line/base or heavy maintenance and troubleshooting or technical services. Must hold Airbus A320 CEO with CFM Engine, A&P Licensed Engineer. Trained in Safety Management System and Human Factor. Profound understanding of aircraft systems, regulations, and maintenance procedures. Proficiency in MS Office and computer skills. Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) Physically fit with good health, including acceptable hearing and vision abilities. MCC experience will be an advantage. Placement: Jakarta 4. Mechanic A&P Min. Diploma degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Mechanical, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering disciplines. Must hold a basic certificate A1 & A4 or CI, C2 & C4. Technical Services Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Services, Engineering, or Maintenance Planning within the aviation industry. In-depth knowledge of Maintenance program development, Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, Aircraft Reliability control and reporting, and applicable regulatory requirements. Solid experience in Maintenance Program (MP) review, revision, and control. Familiar with DGCA regulations and continuing airworthiness standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively across departments and with regulatory authorities. Placement: Jakarta 6. PPC for Planner Qualifications: Min. Diploma III in Aviation or a related field. Having experience or knowledge in Maintenance Planner with expertise maintenance forecasting and maintenance plan. Familiarity with Maintenance Information System (MIS). Proficient in maintenance planning software (e.g., AMOS, TRAX, or similar systems). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for data analysis and reporting). Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Excellent understanding of maintenance procedures and planning cycles, including scheduled maintenance and short-term planning. Strong analytical skills for forecasting maintenance requirements and optimizing resources. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Placement: Jakarta 7. PPC Line Maintenance Qualifications: Min. Diploma III in Aviation or a related field. Having experience in Line Maintenance with expertise production planning, scheduling, or control. Hold Aviation PPC Certificates (EASA Standard preferred). Familiarity with Maintenance Information system (MIS), with a preference for experience such as SAP, track, etc. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Technical Publication Qualifications: Knowledge of aircraft maintenance documents (AMM, IPC, SRM, CMM, OHM) and applicable regulatory Familiar with authority regulations and publication systems (DGCA, OEM portals, ATA standards). Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Technical Publication, Technical Records, or Maintenance & Engineering support (preferred). Proficient in document control, revision tracking, and electronic document management systems. Computer literate with good command of office and document management applications. Good written and spoken English communication skills. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently with strong responsibility. Placement: Manado c. Procurement & Inventory 9. Store Officer Qualifications: Minimum Senior High School or Diploma degree, preferably in Aviation or related fields. At least one year of experience as a Store Officer or in a warehouse environment (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office. Basic understanding of storekeeping, inventory control, and documentation processes. Able to communicate in English at a minimum passive and written level. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under operational pressure. Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Physically fit and in good health to perform shift duties. Placement: Jakarta, Denpasar, Manado 10. Material Planner Qualifications: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering, Aviation, Logistics, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in aircraft material planning, inventory control, or logistics. Good understanding of aviation regulations and Company Policies & Procedures. Proficient in computerized aircraft logistics and inventory management systems. Strong knowledge of material planning, inventory management, and aeronautical parts. Trained in Safety Management System (SMS), Human Factors, and Dangerous Goods Awareness. Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills. Placement: Jakarta, Denpasar, Manado 11. Repair Officer Qualifications: Min. Diploma III in aviation, engineering or a related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in aviation Maintenance & Engineering, preferably in Tool and Component Repair and pooling programs. Good negotiation skills with basic commercial and procurement knowledge. Able to review agreements and understand key terms, risks, and benefits. Good time management, prioritization, and project handling skills. Detail-oriented, analytical, and proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets. Positive attitude with good relationship and stakeholder management skills. High integrity, service-oriented, and able to work well with others from diverse backgrounds.
